Refund and Returns Policy

At JLPC Group, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that there may be rare cases where you need to return or exchange a product. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

General Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Returns must be arranged using the same delivery method used in the original orde.

The product must be in its original, unused, unopened condition.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Late or missing refunds

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Makeup products that have been opened or used.
  • Skincare products that have been opened, even if unused.

This is to protect our customers and comply with hygiene regulations

Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the case

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Please provide clear photos of the issue, if possible.

Refund Process

Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Additional Notes

We recommend Hypoallergenic products for customers with sensitive skin or eyes.
